Welcome to our terms and conditions page. Here you'll find information on our warranty, refunds, and other critical information.

For any returns, you must notify us within 48 hours of retrieving the trailer or delivery. You must contact us promptly through email or whatsapp in order for us to provide you a solution, a partial refund, or to replace a trailer, cover, or other damaged products.

Returns will be allowed only for defective goods; for any other reason, such as changing my mind or seeing another trailer, or the trailer is too tiny or too large, returns will not be accepted.

Please contact us promptly by email or WhatsApp if you have any warranty claims within your warranty period (6, 12, or 24 months; please inquire for specifics on the kind of warranty included with your brand new trailer).

The warranty excludes (bends in the side panels, broken bulbs, holes in the canopy or flat cover, and broken lights), so please inquire about the warranty and legal coverage for your trailer.

Kindly be aware that we do not accept warranty claims on overloaded trailers.

We always charge you ahead through bank transfer for delivery.

Before we place an order for a customised order, we will want a 50% non-refundable payment of the trailer's worth. The client will be responsible for supplying us information concerning, side (high, long, type of extra goods)

For any upgrade (additional side panels, mesh, canopy, ramps, led lights, or spare wheels), the client is responsible for providing us with information regarding the side panels, mesh, canopy, ramps, led lights, or spare wheels (high, long, type of extra goods).
